Jessie O'Neill

Jessie O’Neill paints as a hobby and a passion. She lives and paints half the year in the beautiful mountains of Asheville, NC, and the other half in Delray Beach, Florida.

Jessie began painting watercolors of homes on a vacation in Nantucket in 1992. A subsequent rendition of her own home (see The Pink House) sent as a Christmas card, started a series of inquires resulting in a small cottage industry pursued only when her "real career" (see www.theaffluenzaproject.com) afforded her time. However, now that she is semi-retired, she finds more and more time to be in the quiet and meditation of painting.

Much of her work was originally painted on trips to different parts of the world. Many of her landscapes were painted from her porch in Delray Beach, Florida. You can purchase her giclées online at www.jovagonline.com where you can also visit her virtual art gallery.

Jessie has two beautiful daughters, a wonderful grandson, and a loving canine companion named Miss Daisy (and yes, she does drive her everywhere she goes!)
